Curved-belt drawings, from the calculation sheet

Type the figures off a Kurvenbandberechnung sheet and get the cutting DXF: contour, hole rings, joint markings and measuring marks, on the layers the cutter expects. Splice angles, Z-joint teeth and ADV allowances are drawn the way the shop draws them, measured off its own reference belts rather than guessed.

Who it is for. Whoever turns a calculation sheet into a cutting file.

What it does well

It reads its own drawings back

A saved DXF carries its parameters, so opening one puts every slider back where it was instead of guessing from the geometry.

Endless belts in pieces

A 360° loop cut into segments keeps one hole pitch the whole way round, and every joint lands halfway between two holes.

It refuses what it cannot cut

A hole across a measuring mark destroys the thing the mark is there to measure from, so it is refused rather than drawn.
